  Nice seats, and cinemas. But the cost of food/drinks is far too high even for a movie cinema. To make things worse they don't actually show the prices of the combo's, bad business practice.

  The seats are great, however the food and drinks are really overpriced, and the cinemas themselves aren't of the highest quality. The screens are far away from the seats, so it looks smaller and the acoustics in the theatre reverb a lot, with not very much bass.

  It would be nice if they'd answer their phone. The recorded information when you call drones on and on about things I don't need to hear about. I just wanted to speak to a person. You need to fix this if you want to improve levels of customer service.

  Went and watched a movie there last night and had a bad experience compared to other Hoyt's I've been to. First it seemed more expensive then usual but not 100% sure. The waiting area smelt like urine from the toilets that looked and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. When we got into the cinema late all of our seats and cup holders were full of rubbish and popcorn. I hold hotys to a high name from other experiences but this has let me down.

  Really comfortable seats. Lots of time slots for recent releases. However, you definitely pay a lot extra for the big reclining seats. Also the aircon is very cold so bring a jacket or blanket.
