  the Wi Fi is slow but only when people are on the computers streaming video , other than that the staff are helpful.

  Good library. Staff not always the most friendly but it's understandable considering the atmosphere is a little depressing.

  Staff seem friendly and quick to help with any enquiries. The wi-fi is horrendously slow but computers never seem to be booked out. Quite a lot of places to sit and work or read.

  I don't understand how some people can just basically ignore you when you have stated you don't know what you're doing.... Not happy with that service so I'm heading into Wollongong for a hopeful second go at it.... Wish me luck...

  I just went into the Warrawong Library, told the young girl that I needed to print something, and that it was the First Time I had done this...thinking she would show me how.... She gave me a temp pass and sent me on my way. No direction as to which computer I should use, no any helpful tips, nothing. So I picked one, sat down realized I didn't have an SD adaptor and thought, hmm how do I do this. So I went up to the counter and said I didn't have an adaptor and asked if they had WiFi? She looked at me strangely and said, "Yes!" I stated again that these computers were hard for me to grasp and said," how can I do this? " she proceeds to give me some USB thing that wouldn't fit my SD card anyway, then looks at me with this belittling look, and eyes raised..... With that I had to leave.
