  Great Place for hide and seek. But remember to enter through he main entrance leave through the garden exit for maximum effectiveness.

  I was there on Sunday 17 Dec and the person on the tool-shop registrar the most unhelpful person I'd ever had the misfortune of meeting. While asking her some questions about the tools she complained that she couldn't think and had been there for 10 hours and just walked away from us, back to the counter to talk to her colleague - There was no one else to serve... She complained again about the hours when I asked her for a Gas Bottle...I won't be using that store again

  Terrible experience, the lady (I think her name was Kirsty or Christie? she has red hair) from the garden nursery was disgustingly rude, argumentative and has no experience at her job........ From now on when I go back to the garden nursery, the only person I'll asking for assistance is Shane because he is competent with his job and he has great customer service skills, he is fantastic.

  Sick of the useless staff who don't even know where things are. Had 3 staff standing around chatting so I asked where I could find an item, 1 of them walked off, the 2nd had no idea, and the third sent me to the complete opposite end of the building to where the item actually was. So I found the item myself but refused to buy from this store. Contacted the manager to complain about the service and found he was just as useless.
